Ulta Is Moving to the S&P 500

Fast growing beauty retailer will join April 15.

Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance Inc. is moving to the S&P 500. The beauty retailer will replace Tenet Healthcare Corp., which in turn will replace Jarden Corp. in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, April 15.   S&P 500 constituent Newell Rubbermaid Inc. announced its plan to acquire Jarden in December.
